Learn to find peace within a busy world with a simple, 5 minute Yoga Sadhana you can do everyday

Do you want to practice yoga and/or meditate at home but aren’t sure how or where to start?

This workshop guides you through finding the right space, rolling out your mat, and beginning a practical, easy, daily routine. We’ll touch on the 8 branches of yoga and explore how to weave their essence into a simple home practice—bringing balance and calm into your everyday life.

Throughout the 5 week course, you will...

• Gain insight into your own thoughts and their patterns, and practice simple techniques to clear mental clutter

• Move through a simple set of yoga poses that ignite your inner fire and illuminate your body 

​

• Connect deeply with your breath and understand the connection between your body, mind, and emotions. Learn pranayama (breathing exercises) harmonizing the left and right sides to cultivate inner balance and vitality

• Learn practical, easy meditation techniques to focus your mind, develop awareness, and create a steady, peaceful inner state

​

• By planting these seeds and nurturing them daily, you’ll begin to feel the change

​

• Practicing at home will help you arrive at your regular studio classes more present, grounded, and empowered, so you can fully soak in each moment on the mat
